1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

✗ We Do NOT Ship To:
- Hawaii (HI)
- Alaska (AK)
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.)
- International destinations
- P.O. Boxes (physical addresses only for orders over $50)
2. Processing Time

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

- Estimated delivery date

- Visiting the "Order History" page
- Clicking "Track Order" on your recent purchase
5. Delivery Information
Signature Requirements
- Orders over $100 require signature confirmation
- All Express shipments require signature
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
- Unclaimed package
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost: Contact us after 10 business days from estimated delivery date
- Damaged: Email photos to support@fastplus.us within 48 hours of delivery
6. Special Notes for Abrasive Products
Due to the weight and nature of sanding discs and abrasive tools:
- Weight calculation: Products are calculated by actual weight, not dimensional weight
- Bulk orders: Orders over 20 lbs may ship via FedEx Ground regardless of selected method
- Hazardous materials: Some specialty abrasives may have shipping restrictions (noted on product page)
7. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders to non-serviceable addresses
- Upgrade shipping method at no charge if standard option is unavailable
- Hold orders for verification if fraud is suspected
- Combine multiple orders to the same address

Holiday closure days: We do not process or ship orders on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Q: Why don't you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
A: Due to high shipping costs and extended delivery times for abrasive products, we currently only service the 48 contiguous states to maintain our competitive pricing and reliable delivery standards.
Q: Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
A: Orders under $50 can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Orders $50+ require a physical street address for security and signature verification.
Q: Do you offer same-day shipping?
A: We do not offer same-day shipping. All orders require at least 1 business day for processing and verification.
Q: My package shows delivered but I didn't receive it.
A: Check with neighbors, building management, or household members first. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours and we'll initiate a carrier investigation.
